Our bacon is sliced pork belly that has had nothing done or added to it. All from our pasture raised, heritage Kune Kune hogs that graze a variety of plants and are supplemented with a non-GMO, soy and corn free feed. Born and raised here on the farm!
Personally, we love cooking it up with our favorite seasonings in the oven and catching that delicious bacon grease to save and use for cooking up other dishes.
